Conditions By submitting this form you agree to the following: qchomeshow will not be liable for any misprints,
incorrectly posted information, or price adjustments of the home,
etc. It is the homeowner's responsibility to verify all information
and email links for accuracy. All packages are for the duration of the indicated time frames
- unless the property is sold, - discontinuing use of your realtor (in
which the listing will be deemed a new listing and therefore all renewal
discounts, etc will not apply), - and
are to be paid in full at the time services are rendered. (Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee) (Scheduling a photo shoot and not showing up at the time scheduled is a $35 travel fee to offset our time, gas, etc). Rescheduling requires a 24 hour advance notice from the time of the scheduled photo shoot. The client
agrees to discontinue the advertisement as soon as the home is sold.
The payment will not be prorated. Prices are for the amount
of work involved and not the time frame. There are no refunds,
prorated refunds, or discounts for early termination of the ad. Disputes over
technical problems, viewer capability, internet connection problems, etc are not the
responsibility of qchomeshow. If your pc is incapable (or not
properly setup) to view any part of the site, or the clarity is
lacking for sake of software, or other problems, the responsibility
falls on the owner to acquire the necessary plug-ins, technical
support, software, etc. The client agrees to not continue the advertisement in
order to draw further potential sales towards other homes not
advertised with qchomeshow.com. qchomeshow.com is not a
licensed realtor, nor does it employ a licensed realtor. Our service
is to advertise the homes according to the information provided by
the homeowner.
qchomeshow reserves the right to refuse service as it sees fit.
All information acquired through qchomeshow will
be directed to the client and the client will conduct the sale and
any further contact with the prospective buyer (s). Email addresses
and/or phone numbers from prospective buyers will be given to the
seller and is a part of this agreement. No misuse of this
information will be tolerated. Spamming or soliciting will not be
tolerated and will be viewed as harassment and will be reported. Any
violation of these terms can, and will lead to termination of the
advertisement and be reported to the appropriate authorities. All costs related to the terminated advertisement
indicated will be accountable for by the client as well as any
financial costs qchomeshow.com may encounter as a result of the
violation. The sign provided will remain the property of
qchomeshow.com and is to be secured by the homeowner throughout the
listing and then returned in good condition. If the sign is
not returned in good condition within seven days of the expiration, the homeowner will
be charged for the replacement of the sign. Placement of the
sign MUST be within city regulations. Any fines or charges for not
following city regulations will be the responsibility of the
homeowner solely. You agree to maintain our sign within these limits
and accept all responsibility for the sign. Please check with your
city office for information about sign placement. The yard sign 'must' be maintained for the duration of the advertisement. If your property gets listed with an agent, pull the for sale by owner panel off of the bottom - but - the sign is to be maintained in the yard. If the sign is pulled, the ad will be pulled as well with no refund or chance of placing it back on the site without renewal & the sign in place again.
